Sandita is an Associate Director in the tax team at BDO Auckland and has over 13 years-experience advising on a wide range of tax matters to New Zealand and foreign owned companies, private equity and individuals.  

Areas of focus include;

• Corporate taxation

• Mergers and acquisitions

• Due diligence

• Corporate restructuring

• International tax issues

• Land transactions; and

• Advising on various taxation compliance matters including income tax, FBT, PAYE and GST, applying for private rulings with Inland Revenue, and managing Inland Revenue reviews and audits

Sandita enjoys working closely with clients and providing solutions to ensure their tax compliance obligations are satisfied.
